Mennonite World Conference
Bringing together over 7,500 Anabaptists from across 65 countries, Mennonite World Conference was a wonderful time of fellowship as attendees participated in service projects, attended workshops, toured local areas of interest, worshiped, and learned together. Along with two featured BIC speakers, the denomination represented almost 550 of those in attendance from 12 countries. Watch a recap video.
Global Compassion Fund
Our Global Compassion Fund exists to assist our brothers and sisters around the world in times of great need. Recently, funds have been disbursed to provide relief in Nepal after the devastating earthquakes, and in Bihar following a deadly cyclone. The fund is also being used to help provide clean water for a community in Honduras, bringing the total to $82,500 given in aid this past month. Read More »
2014 Financial Audit Now Available
The BIC U.S. 2014 independent auditor's report and financial statements are now available. While 2014 challenged us with new reporting requirements for the defined benefit pension, we saw incredible generosity throughout the Church. So far in 2015, we are meeting our financial obligations and are grateful for our Church family's continued generosity as we finish out the year.

Retreats in the Southeast Conference
For hundreds of folks in the Southeast Conference, August was the perfect time to take a break and come together in fellowship. The conference hosted two, first-ever retreats back-to-back: the Southeast Annual Regional Women's Conference and the "Breathe Getaway" young adults retreat. Both events focused on gathering to promote unity and providing a space to unplug from the day-to-day by spending quality time in worship and fellowship.
